Accident meet wth.

& then they parted & About ye 27th of March he this Infor
being againe at Colebrooke he met ye sd: Wells wth. a
horse wch. he was about to Sell & this Informt. did Agree
& bargaine wth. ye Sd. Wells to give tenn pounds for the
horse if it
woudcou'd be to tolled & this Informt. Saith
yt Yesterday 2 men unknowne to him did come with
Wells & pretened they were Carrmen in Southwark
& yt they wou'd Vouch ye horse to be Wells's & one of
them being discovered not to be ye Man yt he did
presens to be they both made off & escaped away
& the sd. Wells also endeavored to get away the Sd.
horse privately And this Informt. farther Saith yt
he doth Verily beleive ye Sd. Horse to be Stolebn And
farther he doth not Say
