The Information of Joseph Thomas< no role > taken before
me upon oath this 16th day of June 1699

This Informant upon oath sayth that about a
month or Six weekes before Christmas last past
Richard Kirby< no role > being at ye house of John Midleton< no role >
new Billingsgate London Barber this deponts Master
this depons goeing downe into ye Cellar to ye vault
ye said Kirby being in ye Shop followed this depont
downe to ye vault and as he was pulling up his
Breeches Kirby tooke hold of this deponts privy
Members and rubbed his yard backwads and
forwards then Kirby tooke this depont by the
hand and caused him this depont to take
Kirbys privy Members in his hand and
pull his yard backward & forward then ye sd
Kirby pulled out of his pockett a litte botle of Sack and a
peice of Maple Biskett & made him rate & drink
& then bid this depont turne his face to the
wall wth ae refused then ye sd Kirby put his finger up this
Informants fundament & ye Nalle of his finger under ye fore
skin of his yard & at ye same time advised him
this depont to goe after lewd Women upon
Easter Monday last ye sd Kirby came to ye house
of this depont Master & asked him to come &
drink with him wth this depont refused telling
him he could not leave his Masters Shop upon
wth Kirby pulled out two pense & gave it to
this deponent for to fetch a pot of drink wch he
did and as they was drinking in ye shop Kirby pulled
this depont to him & pulled out his yard &
rubbed it, then he pulled out his owne yard
& made this depont rub it in his hand &
then he ye sd Kirby rubbed his owne yard
untill he spent his Nature upon ye Boards
& afterwards rubbed it out wth his foot & then
Kirby put his yard under this Informts Coate
& rubbed himselfe untill, he spent his seed
into this Informants Breeshes; this Informt
further sayth that on Whitsun tuesday
last past the said Kirby came to his
