and not haveing gained any Settlemt. there is likely to become
Chargeable to the same unless timely prevented And whereas it

Moore in the yeare of our Lord 1695 is Chargd. in the Books
made for a Taxs for Births and Burials In the Pish of St
Swithins in London To be the Servt

These are therefore in his Majties. Name to Charge and Comand you the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poore of the Pish of St. Mary Woolnorth

out of your Parish
into the Parish of St. Swithins
in London and her deliver to the Churchwardens
or Overseers of the Poore of the said Pish or to some or One of them whoe are
hereby required her to Receive and Provide for as One of the Poore of
their Parish until they shalbe of her dischargd by due course of Lawe And
for soe doeing this shalbe your Warrant Given under our hands and
Seales this 10th. day of April 1697
