Whereas complaint hath beene made unto us whose handes and
Seales are hereunto set two of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace of the Citty of London (Quorum unus) by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poore of the Parish of St. Dunstans in
the West

Parish endeavouring to gaine a Settlement there

and is likely to become chargeable to the same Parish dules
timely prevented And for asmuch as Oath is made before
us by the said Mary Tusker Widdow late Wife of
Samll:

about nine yeares since dwelt in Baldwins Garden
as a
Householder in a house which he hired at the rent of tenn
poundes P Ann in the Parish of St. Andrew Hollbourne
in
the County of Midlesex and that ever since her said Husband
left the said house they have lived in Lodgings Theis are
therefore in his Majesties Namse to require and comand you
the Officers of the said Parish of St. Dunstans in the West
some or One of you to take passe and carie away the said
Mary Tucke

Hollbourne aforesaid
and there deliver her to the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poore of the same Parish or to Some or One of them
who are hereby likewise in his Majesties name required to
receive and provide for her according to lane and hereof you
