did on the twenty Sixth of August last past carry notice in writeing to Mr. Attorney
Generall that the Lord Montgomery did designe to move the Court at the Sessions
house at the Old Baily the then next Sessions that he might be tried on the Indictment
found against him the then next Sessions or to that effect & Mr. Attorny General
Clerk carry'd in the said Notice to him &, brought an Answer that Mr. Attorney
would not take notice thereof And ordered this Dept. to carry the Notice to Mr.
Aaron Smith< no role > And thereupon this Dept. carryd this like Notice to Mr. Aaron
Smith< no role > but not finding him at home left it with his Servt And this Dept. fur-
there sayth that on the thirty first of August Last he waited on Mr. Sollicitr.
Generall & the said Mr. Smith to know if they would oppose the said Moron
& the Sollicitr. Generall sent this Dept. word by his Clerk & Mr. Smith sold
this Dept. that they should not take any notice of the said Moron
not attend this Sessions on that matter or to that or the like effett
