wch was his Master Studdy and he told them it was the dore behind
him, and then one of the Said Psons went downe into his this
Exaiants lodging roome and came upp againe prsently, and then
one of them led him downe into the Same roome bound and
Blind fold as aforesaid, and Satt this Exaiant on the Side of the
bedd,thisand this Exaiant threw himselfe upon ye Bed and desired
the Said Pson not to abuse him, and to throw the Clothes upon him
wch accordingly he did.

And this Exaiant further Saith although he did beleive by the
light the of ye Morneing that is was [..] betweene 3 & 4 of the Clock, and although
he knew that there was a Watch wch all wags Stood were his said
Masters Chamber, and alsoe knew that there were Psons in the
very next Chamber to his Masters, and although this Exaiants
leggs were not tyed, yett this Exaiante durst not call out or
Stirr from the bed untill his Said Master came in wch was
about Seven of the Clock because they threatened him as aforesd and this Exaiant saith that the said
Psons tooke out of pocketts about five Shillings,
