Schedule hereunto annexed menconed are & before the twentieth
day of Octobr. & Seaventeenth day of Novembr in the yeare of our
Lord 1696. were reale Credite of this Depont. for the sevall sumes
therein against their sevall names menconed And that to the
best of this Deponts. knowledge the debts contained in the said Schedle
are all the debts owing by this Depont. to any psonor psons whilsoever
at the time of the agreemt. or composicon annexed menconed & that
he this Depont. upon the twentieth of octobr. last past & long before & alsoae
the said seaventeenth day of Novembr. 1696 was a prisoner under
custody of the Warden of the Fleet prison & in Decembr. after removed by
treas Corpus to the Kings Bench prison And this Depont. further maketh
Oath That the agreement or composicon hereunto annexed in made for the
equall benefitt of all the bredith in proporcon to their respective debts
& subscribed & sealed by those of them whose hands & seales are thereunto
sett [..] without any senete fraudulent or collateral agreement for any
greater advantage then is therein expressed And further that this
Depont. is a prisoner for mother Cause then for or on account of the
said debts or some of them so owing by him at the time of the
aforesaid agreement or composicon before menconed
