Tho: Day this Examint. Sayeth yt he himselfe did
deliver a Silver Pendulum Watch unto one

as a Pledge for
forty Shillings wch. this examint. did borrow of ye
sd. Bakebean & he Saith that the said Silver watch
by him this Examint. so delivered unto Bakebein
he did receive of one Ralph a Tidewalter
at ye Custom house
& a woman to this examinant
un owne whom he
[..] to be Ralphs Wife & this Examint. doth further say yt
ye sd. Tho Bakebein was wrongfully imprisoned
for the sd. Watch & that he knew it not to be
dishonestly Come by but yt the said Bakebein
did lend 40s. on ye Sd. Watch to obleidge one
Mallery his freind who brought ye examint. to
him & farther this Examint saith not
