Aldersgate being duely examined Saith Upon Oath
yt. Tho: day now a Prisoner in Woodster Compter
did this day declare unto him ye Depont. that a
Silver watch value six pounds of right belonging
to one Mr. Tho: Denn< no role > was by him delivered unto
Tho: Beakbein< no role > now a Prsoner in Newgt . for Stealing
of the same as a pledge for forty shillings wch
he ye sd. day did borrow of the sd. Beakbean
& this depont. doth farther say ye sd. Tho: Day did
declare unto him ye Dept. yet he receiv'd ye said
Silver watch from his wife who had picked
his pockett of it meaning the sd. Tho: Denn< no role > Junior
of ye same & further this depont. saith not
