The Examinacon of Richd Oates< no role > who being duely examined
doth Say yt near 2 yeares since he did Steal & [..]
away from veruham heath in ye pish of Husband Porren
& County of Hampsheir 11 Sheep of wch. he knows not
ye value & yt he sold them to one George Shepherd< no role >
& pretended to be Servt. to Wm. Flower< no role > from whome
he nows Sayes he did at yt time Steale them but
heremembers not for how much he Sold them & as
for a horse wch. he is Charged to have taken he sayes he
knoweth nothing of it nor was he as he Saith near
Hampsheir at ye time when ye horse is sd. to be Stolen &
farther he this examinant Saith not
