on Monday evening abt. 10 of the Clock he was drinking
wth. one Owen Rogers< no role >
in ye house of Mr Francis Bland< no role >
Victualer
in Red Cross Street
that he this examd:
did take then & at that time a Silver Tankard
of wch. he knowes not the value & put it in
his breeches and so Carryed it of & then he
got one to sell it for him who did produce for
it abt. three pounds & out of that he gave to
this prson that sold it the sum of six shillings
for his Trouble & farther he this examint. saith
not.
