abt. ye beginning of March 1693 he lost eleven Sheep so
of which were wheathers all of ym to ye value if the [..]

yt he ye sd. Stephens did by ye same eleven sheep of one

& was ordered by him to sell them & ye depont Will
Flower doth farther say yt abt. or upon friday ye 15th
instant at Vernhams Dean in ye pish of Husband torr
int in ye County of Hampsheir he lost a Stone nagg
Coulour bay & yt at ye samedaytime in ye same towne &
place of Vernhams Dean in ye pish & County aforesd.
the sd. Richd Oates< no role > was seen to be & yt he ye deponent
doth vehemently Suspect for these & severall other
reasons that this Richd Oates did Steal & take this
horse aforesd. & farther he ye depont. Saith not
