That on wednesday night lost a little after eight of the

nightseeing a Compr. of people about a Gent
lying dead or dying upon ye Ground in the Temple

near ye Exchey office, he went to see who it was and found

Mr Atkinsons Comp:. he went to him to know when he had seen
him the sd Mr Graham who told this Informt: he had

had been in Compr. wth: therein both, and that so me difference
had there happend between them. Whereupon this Informt. took a
Constable and Watch about eleaven of the Clock and went
to Mr younge Lodging, and Searchd the house but could not find him
and also went this morning and also in the afternoon

to got Mr Young apprehended but could not meet wth the sd young
and was informd that he came not home to his lodging & last
night nor since and belevies he is fled from thence to avoid being
taken for the Death of the sd Mr Graham
