Saith yt. on Wednesday ye. 7th. of Decembr instant this Informt. accidentally
happened to come into ye. Compr. of Mr. Graham decd. & one Mr
Theophilus Young< no role >
att ye George
in White Fryers
whereupon this Informt. deserd Mr. Young to pay
him
[..] Same small. sume of Mo. yt. was owing to him & also Mr. Graham
deser'd Mr Young to pay him a little since of money yt. was due to him wth.
Mr. Young sd. he would do if he would goe to ye. Horne Taverne in Fleet street
& from thence sent a boy to a Gent to bring him some money thither, but ye.
boy went twise & sd. he could not come to ye. speech of ye. Gent whereupon this
Informt. & ye sd. parties went to ye. Horne Taverne & drank abt. two pints
of Come in with. time some words arose between of Mr. Young and Mr Graham touching a bill of Law
Charges Mr. Young saying Mr. Graham was a Fool & a puppy to make
such a bill saying it would not be allow'd by the Prothonatorses or to yt.
effect. & further saith yt. Mr. Young whispered Mr. Graham in ye. Ear wth.
this Informt. now belives to be a Challenge, & they soon went thereupon
from ye. Horne Mr. Young first & Mr. Graham soon after & saith he believes
it to be betweene seaven & eight of ye. Clocke when they went from ye sd.
Taverne That he knew they had severall times
