The Informations of Mary the Wife of John Hurley< no role >
of White horse Street Ratcliff St Dunstan Stepney
Salesman and George Foreister< no role > No. 72 New Gravel
Lane Shadwell Trinity officer take this 14th. day of Feby 1789 Who being
on their Oaths say and first the said Mary Hurley< no role > for herself saith The Ten
Silk Cloaks one Silk Gown and rennant of Silk produced are her said
husband property and were taken yesterday forenoon between the Hour
of Eight and Ten fromthebetween the enter Shop Window which is past and the inner Shop Window
which slides That the Value of the said Cloaks Gown and rennant of Silk is
of the Value of Ten pounds and has not a doubt that the same were Stole

George Foreister< no role > on his oath Saith Yesterday forenoon between the Hours of Nine
and Ten as he was coming down Stepney Causway toward Brook Street he saw
the Person present who saith his name is Christopher Daley< no role > in Company of
Two other lad That the said Christopher walking< no role > a heed having a Bundle concealed
under his Coat Suspecting him to be a Thief he collared him the others making
their escape and in asking him what he had said his mothers property that he
took him to a public house near and on Examing [..] said Bundle found the said Ten
Cloaks Silk Gown and remnant of Silk produced wrapt up in the Apron produced
