Who being upon Oath Severally say and first
the said William Briand< no role >
for himself says that
about a Week since the person now present
who calls himself Robert Holmes< no role >
called upon
him and purchased of him twenty seven Bouds
of Stale small Beer at two Shillings per
Barrell That he came on Friday last and
asked Informant to take for the Beer and give
him the difference of a Ten Pound Bill and
produced the Note of Hand now produced purporting
to be the Promisory Note of George Parry< no role >
