Mary Phillips< no role > says that on Monday
last about Five o'Clock in the Afternoon her Brother
John Phillips< no role > sent her to the Pump in the Treasu
ry far a Bottle of Water that in the Treasury patry
near ye pump she saw the Two Girls now present that call them
-selves Jane Whiting< no role > in the Fifteenth Year of her age
and Mary Wade< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. in the Twelfth Year of her age that
Sd. Mary Wade< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. told this Infort. she would fill her Bottle
with Water then took it out of this Infort hand &
filld it and afterwards broke it and said to this
Infort. if you will come along with us we Will give
you another Bottle that Each of the said two Girls
laid hold of this Infort. Arm & led her up the passage
into a privy that the said Mary Wade< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. took off her
Frock two Under petticoats a pockett her Cap and
a Farrdag or Tippett and then put on her two petti
Coats again that she had taken off and pockett yr.
the other Girl Jane Whiting< no role > bid her not Cry for the
Bay was coming with the Bottle that the said two
Girls then ran away and took the Frock Tippett
& Cap with them

Servt. with a Mr Watson of the Treasury that last Mon
day after noon about Five o'Clock (rather after) she was going in
to the Yard for Water that she heard a Child Cry in
the Privy that she went and found Mary Phillips< no role >
a crying very much & upon asking her what was the
matter the sd. Mary Phillips< no role > said a Girl had ran
away wth. her Gown Tippett & Cap adding that they
told her they knew her that this Infort thought they
were Children playing together that she said Mary
Phillips
< no role > , had no Frock Tippett or Cap on when she
found her in Sd. Privy
