The Information of Mary Widow< no role > , Lodger
at Mr. Pearce's a Chandler in Piccadilly taken on
Oath before me this 24th. day of Novemr. 1789.

Who being on Oath says, that Yesterday was four Weeks
she gave to William Clark< no role > a Soldier in the first Regiment of Guards
at the Halt way house Thrightsbridge, in which house said William
Clark
< no role > was Quartered, a Trink containing a Quantity of Wearing
Apparel Two Guineas and an half in Gold about Sixteen Shillings
in Silver, and a Crown Piece, and a Deal Box containing
another Quantity of Wearing Apparel, which said Trink and
box Containing said Articles he the said William Clark< no role > was
directed to leave for this Informant at George Davage< no role > 's
in Gore Lane Kensington, that the said William Clark< no role >
did not leave them as directed, but absconded, and she hath
not seen him since till this day, when she saw him in
the Sauoy, and believes he is confined there for Desertion,
And the said Mary Russell< no role > further says that she hath not
recovered an of said Articles Since, that she asked said Wm.
Clark
< no role > if he had got any of the Duplicates and he replied not
now and the [..] [..] beleives [..] he hath
Feloniously disposed of the Same
