The Information of Thomas Hornby Morland< no role > of
No 12 Carlisle Street Soho Gentleman taken on Oath
before me this 3rd, day of December 1789.

Who being on Oath says that last Night about Nine
o'Clock being in the One Shilling Gallery at Covent Garden Theatre
which at that time was very much Crouded he perceived the
Person now present who calls herself Ann Wooding behind him,
that as Informant, pushed himself forward in the Gallery, in
order to have a better view she kept close to him and continually
followed, during which he fell the hand of the said Ann Wooding
frequently at his left hand Coat Pocket, which induced this
Informant to put his hand to his Pocket and then Catched the
hand of the said Ann Wooding< no role > Close to his Pocket at which
time he discovered that the bottom Part of his Pocket was Cut
[..] open, and a Pocket book, containing a Diamond him, and
Various other Articles stolen there out, And further says that
he verily believes the said Ann Wooding Feloniously Stole
the said Pocket book with its Contents.

Sworn before me
