You will Take Notice that the above named william Fillery< no role >
pursuant tot he Recognizance in that behalf entered into at the
last July session (and which said Recognizance was respited and
continued at the last Session) will on the twenty eighth day of
October Instant surrender himself in open Court at Justice Hall
in the Old Bailey in the City of London to take his Trial upon any
Indictment that may then and there be preferred and found
against him for Feloniously Shooting at william Hayes< no role > or
for any other Felony or Misdemeanor whatsoever and that he
will then and there Move the said Court that he may be Tried
or Discharged at the said Session Dated this 21st. day of October
1789
