The Informations of Elizabeth Ryley< no role > John
Hughes
< no role > and Theophilus Butcher< no role > taken upon
Oath the 18th. Day of July 1789.

Who upon their several Oaths say & first the said
Elizabeth Reilly for herself saith that on Wednesday the
Fifteenth Day of July Instant about one oClock at Noon she
was looking thro' her Window she saw the Prisoner Nathaniel
Tylee
< no role > coming out of a House belonging to her Husband
Edward Reilly with his Coat buttoned and seemingly with
something under the same of more than common Size
or Bulk upon which she ordered the Servant Maid to
follow him which she did and brought him back that she
went to the House to see if anything was missing and
found a pair of Streets was taken from the Bed & upon
returning back the Prisoner Nathaniel Tylee< no role > unbuttoned
his Coat the Streets dropt from under the same and that
such Streets are the property of her Husband Edward [..]

Theophilus Butler< no role > saith that being such for by
John Hughes< no role > for himself saith upon the Prisoner
Nathaniel Tylee< no role > being taken into Custody he went to Mr.
Reilly's to see what was amiss when he see the Prisoner
Nathaniel Tylee< no role > upon his Knees asking to be for given
and saw him unbotton his Coat and a pair of Streets
fall from under the same with the name of Edward
Reilly wrote thereon

Theophilus Butcher< no role > for himself saith that he was
sent for by Mrs. Reilly to take the Prisoner Nathaniel
Tylee
< no role > into Custody that when he came to Mr. Reillys House
the Streets now product lay by the Prisoner which
Mrs. Reilly desired him to take which he die and
