and first the said
Daniel Gilkes< no role >
for himself saith that on Saturday last he was
Robbed of one Breast Buckle of the value of three shillings and one pair of
Leather Shoes of the Value of One Shilling and that the Breast Buckle and Leather
Shoes produced are his property

on his Oath Saith that on Saturday last the person
present who says his name is Thomas Brown< no role >
came to his Master Shop
Situate as aforesaid and asked to look at some Breast Buckles which he
showed him that in a few minutes he mist one of the said Breast Buckles and
Charged the said Thomas Brown< no role >
with Stealing it when the said Thomas
Brown< no role >
produced the said Breast Buckle and was afterwards Searched
and the pair of Leather Shoes produced was found concealed in his Breeches.
