called out it was unfair that they then parted

Ward seemed very angry and instantly on
his meeting Swain he Struck him a Blow
on the head which brought him to the Ground
that not more are Deponent thinks than lock
a Minute had Elapsed from the time or
Swainagaingiving our untill he reced
the Blow from Ward which Blow Deponent
Verily believes was the Cause after Death
as he died as Deponent thinks on the instant
