aforesaid the said John Cowell< no role > dropt said parcel which was
picked up by Jeremiah Willmore< no role > And the said
Jeremiah Willmore< no role > for himself says, that this day between
three and four o' Clock in the Afternoon he was Standing
at his Masters door in George Court aforesaid at which time
he saw the said prisoner (Cowell) now present reen through
said Court pursued by several persons with aforesaid
under his Arm which parcel the said Prisoner dropt
And he this Informed picked it up, And is the same now
produced by himAnd the said George Whittich for
himself says that as he was coming along Piccadilly
this day between three and four o'Clock he saw said
Cowell the Prisoner now present run from George Court
into Piccadilly pursued by several persons who called
out Stop thiefAnupon which this Informant took him
into CustodyAnd the said Elizabeth Smith< no role > for
herself further says that the said parcel now produced
contains One Dozen of knives and forks and one Carving
knife and forkthat the same nowis the property of her
Husband Richard Smith< no role > and was feloniously Stolen in
her said Shop by the said Prisoner John Cowell< no role >
