himself John Lorne is the very person who had the Bundle
and whom he pursued and took as aforesaidAnd the said
Samuel Sudlow< no role > for himself says that on Saturday night
aboutthe 20th. of December last he was in Company with
the Informant Francis Ashby< no role > in Albermarle Street and
hearing the Cry of Stop Thief he pursued a Man he saw
running with a Bundle, which Bundle said Man dropp'd
and he this Informant picked up the same and found such
Bundle to consist of a Quantity of Skins, that the Man
who dropp'd said Bundle was immediately secured
by the Informant Ashby, and this Informant further
saith that a person now present who calls himself John
Lorne is the Man whom he pursued and who dropp'd
the said BundleAnd this Informant Samuel
Yarroll for himself saith that he is Employed in the
Watchhouse belonging to the parish of Saint George Hanover
Square , that on Saturday the 20th. of December last about
Ten o' Clock a Man was brought to the said Watchhouse
and Charged with having robb'd a Woman of a Bundle
of Skins and that he is very sure that the person now
present who calls himself John Lorne is the person so brought
to the said Watch house and Charged as aforesaid
