Who being upon Oath says, and first the said Andrew Heron< no role >

himself saith that the piece of Lunin Handkerchief now produced

That this day between the
hours of four and five o Clock he saw a person who calls
himself William Butler< no role >
go into said Andrew Herons Shop
and from his appearance conceiving that he went in with
a bad intent he watched himThat in about two Minutes
after he came out and this Informant followed him and
observed him button his CoatThat he [..] insisted on
his unbuttoning the same when he unbuttoned the same and
threw something away from himThat he immediately [..] seized
him by the Collar and on looking what he had thrown from
him found it to be the said piece of Linen HandkerchiefAnd
