The Information of Joseph Bell< no role > and Thomas Spary< no role >

Chapel Brewerstaken on Oath before
me John Staples< no role > Esqr one of His Majesty's
Justices of the peace in and for the sd. County
this 16th July 1788

Who being on their Oaths say And first the said Joseph
Bell< no role > for himself saith That between the Hour of
Seven and Eight last Night he saw the person
now present who says his Name is Wm Osborne< no role > come out of the Window of the House
of Messrs Robert and Henry Bullock< no role > of White
Chapel Brewers with a that and a Quantity of Limer
which he believes to be the that and three Linean
Aprons now produced further Saith that the said
Person fell down upon which this Informant
laid hold of him and the Other Informant Thomas
Spary picked up the said Hat and aprons
Lately saith that he conveyed the sd. Person to
the Angle and Crown and delivered him
into the Custody of an Office

The said Thomas Spary for himself Saith that he
saw the prisoner William Osborne< no role > in the Custody
of Joseph Bell< no role > on his Master premises last
Night that near into the Place where he saw
the said Wm. Osborne< no role > he picked up the that
and three Brewers aprons now by him produced
Lartly saith that the Hat and was aprons are the property of Robt.
Bullock< no role > and [..] the other apron the property of
Henry Bullock< no role > and are al together of the Value of
Six shillings and Six pence
