Who being upon Oath says that the Acceptance of
"I Griffin" to a Bill of Exchange which has been produced
by Edward Light< no role > purporting to be the Bill of
Exchange of Thomas Bayliss< no role > upon this Informant
for the payment of Eighty two Pounds Fifteen
Shillings and eleven pence fourteen days after
date and dated London April 28th. 1788 is not the
Hand Writing of this Informant nor was the
said Bill of Exchange accepted by him or by
any Person under his Authority but that the
said acceptance is a Forgery
