in the Borough of Southwark Butcher
taken before me this 14th. day of
April 1788

Who being upon Oath saith that this Evening
about half past six o Clock as he was passing along the
Strand near Exeter Change he saw a Man whom
he doth not know push a person now present who
calls himself Nicholas Waters< no role > against Zackaria
Harriott< no role > now present by which means he hath Since
been informed and understands from the said
George Holloway< no role > that he was robbed of his Watch
That he also saw said Zackaria Harriet< no role > at this time
seize hold of said Waters by the Collar, charge him
with the felony when he endeavoured to escape thro'
