this 1st.day of May 1788.Who being on
his Oath Saith that last Night about the Hour of eight as he
this Informant was standing near his Door situate as above
he saw the Prisoner who says his Name is

come
out of his Shop and who appeared to have something under his Coat
that he followed him a few Yards and then stopt him and upon
searching
[..] him found the Shoes now produced concealed under
his
[..] Coat
that he then brought him towhich said Shoes
are his this Informants property of the Value of Five Shillings.
