The Information of Thomas
Sheen

Queen Street Golden Square
Victualler taken before me
this 15th. day of May 1788

Who being upon Oath saith that about nine o'Clock
in the Evening of the ninth day of July in the
Year 1786 as he this Informant was coming
from Primrose Hill Hampstead to Oxford
Street he met two Men in a Field near
Primrose Hill who stop'd him That [..] one
of said Men Seized this Informant and threw
him down when his Companion took from this
Informant a Metal Watch and about four or
five Shillings in Money And this Informant
further says that the Metal Watch now produced
Makers Names Richard Guilt< no role > London No. 257 is the Same watch of which he was robbed of as aforesaid And
this Informant further saith that from the
appearance altogether of the person now present
who calls himself William Tennent he suspected
and believes tha the said William Tennent< no role > is one
of the said Footpads and the Man who first laid
hold of him and threw him down
