us two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
in and for
the said County

says he had been Ill and out of Work excepting Three
or four Days as a Labourer
for Three months past That he went into
[..] the field where he was apprehended seeing Mr. Swanson and
his Brother to ask them for work That he cannot say why he went
from them says he throwed the Two Iron bars produced away because
he thought they might belong to them and because they called to him
