Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the said County
Who being upon oath Saith That on or about
the fifteenth day of June last she was committed as a
Disorderly apprentice to Tothill fields

That about a fortnight after, and during her confinement
a person whose name is unknown to this Informant
came into this Informants Call and forcibly threw
her down and put his private parts into her body
that during his connection with her she fett something
wet come from himthat she several times attempted
to scream out for assistance, but was prevented
by the said persons putting his hand upon her month
that the said person soon after went away
leaving this Informant alone in her Cell
-That about three hours afterwards the Keeper
of the prison
, whose name this Informant
believes to be Flint, came into this Informant
Cell with her bread and water, when this Informant
represented to him the injury she had Sustained by
the other person whose name is unknown to
herto which he replied that he could not help
her, for it was nothing at all to him, and then
locked her up and went awayAnd this Informant
further saith that she had no other opportunity
of making her distress known than by Representing
it to said FlintThat about three Days
after, the said Flint came again to this Informant with
her bread and water and called her into the
hempShop, And then forcibly pushed her down
