Who on his Oath Saith
That on Monday the 22d Instant [..] about
Seven o'Clock in the Evening He went to sign of the Duck a
Public Stoup in Duck Lane Westminster
of Elizth. Birket came in &
enticed this Deponent to go out with her & they went to
some House in the Neighbourhood & into a Room on the first
Floor is here there was a Bed & the said Elizth Birket
Prevailed on [..] this Deponent to undress himself & go into the Bed
[..] & immediately undressed
herself & went to Bed to him
And this Deponent further saith, that at the time he
went to Bed as aforesaid He had a Silver Watch [..]
a Half Guinea in Gold & Twenty six Shillings & Six pence in Silver
in Money Numbered in his Breeches [..] & this Deponent further saith
that Eliz Birket got from the Bed in 5 or 6 Minutes
& went away & that He this Deponent immediately
cross, & on putteny on his Breeches
He discovered his
Watch & Money to be missingAnd this Deponent
saith that which He was dressing himself William Holmes< no role >
came into the Room, & demanded of this Deponent what
Business He had there, & with many oaths [..] threatned
him that He would knock him dross stairs, on to which
this Deponentassisted &went his Way being immediated
& fearful of the conquences that might attend
his making any further enquiring afterofhis last Property
And this Deponent says that Eliz Berket< no role >

now present are the identio at Persons, who
were guilty of the Fabts before mentioned & further
this Deponent saith not
