Ann< no role > the Wife of Samuel Gregory< no role > a Publican in Worship Square St. Leonard Shoreditch
says that John Gillmour< no role > is Quartered at her said Husbands house and has been every since the beginning [..] month of
Sep last That he has constantly lodged every night since Except when on Duty at the BankSays
he came to his Quarter between 4 & 5 on Tuesday last was a Week ande did not go out all
the Evening went to had about then house ofElevennine rather after-says she knows he was not out because
he and a Mark & [mark] two women had some Mutton Chaps which he brought in with him
the man and Wife dont Know only by being Daughter of the other woman-that there might
be Sixteen people at some [..] of the night in the Tap Room where the other supped-that
they had two Shillings worth of two peury all but a Penny some pints of Beer hour [..]
cant say-and One Quarter of Gin-That said two Women and a Man left him
about half past Eight same night

seven Months his generally senor twelve horses to look after has not any follow Servant know

in certain that last Tuesday night was a Week he saw the said John at 5.6 and 7 o'Clock in the Even
at the said house-that a Wood a lay man it was said had been measured and the said John
with them saw only him said Wooden Leg man and the woman called his Wife together in a Box in
the sap Room dosh not know what they had to drink or eat or when went away

Moor fields and has been a Year and half has generally Sixteen or seventeen horses to look
after-and that he has a helper named John Clayton< no role > -that he well knows John Gillmour< no role >
by his Lodging at the Public house the Bald faced Stay -That himself about half after [..] Five
on Tuesday night was a Week he went into the said house-and saw the said John in said
house from that time to seven o'Clock or after-that he saw him again at Eight o'Clock and was there
until after nine-says he might he absent half an hour or more during which time he
cant say where Gillmour where saw him eating Mutton Chops with a Young Man and
Young Woman in a Box in the sat Room-there were hour that Suppd [..] the said John
a wooden Lagd then his Wife and another woman

that he went in about hals Part [..] last Tuesday night was a Week-that said John a Man his Wife and her mother
was from half past Six to Eight he was with then-had some Mutton Chops a pound and half-that
they had Pure to drink not any thing else that he Known-that Gillmour Companies left him about
Eight and saw them away cloth not Know who paid the Pachoning
