Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said
Robert Taylor< no role >
for himself says that about a Fortnight
ago he gave the Person now present who calls himself
James Wilson< no role >
leave to sleep in his House with his
Apprentice
That during the time he Slept with his said
Apprentice Eleven Pair of Boot Legs and a quantity of
Sole Leather was stolen in his House And this informant
further Says that ten pair of Boots Legs now produced
and the Sole Leather now produced is part of the Boot
Legs and the Sole Leather that was Stolen in this
Informants House And the said John Furneaux< no role >
for himself Says that in consequence of a search Warrant
he received he searched the Lodgings of said Wilson's Sister
that in the passage leading to her Room he found nine
pair of Boot Legs and the Sole Leather now produced
That he also found in the Cellar at the Lodging of
William Hallier< no role >
now present one pair of Boot Legs
also now produced That the pair of Shoes also now produced
he found in the Garrett at said Hallier's Lodgings
