Thomas Ricker< no role > of Red Lyon Street Spital fields
and John Wished< no role > of the Same Place two
of the Patrole or Watchmen of the Parish
of Christ Church Spital fields Severally
make Oath and Say that they these
Deponents were bound in a Recognizance
to give Evidence in April Session last
on an Indictment to be preferred at
the Sessions House on Clerkenwell Green
against the said Leach for Stealing
three Ducks and Same Iron And these
Deponents further Say that they attended
to give Evidence on such Bill every
Day during the said Session but the said
Prosecutor having omitted to put the
Names of these Deponents on the back
of the Bell of Indictment these Deponents
were not called upon to give their
Testimony against the said Leach Altho'
they were [..] to do
