severally make Oath and
say And first this Deponent Walter Wikey saith that having
as this Deponent verily believes been robbed by
Elizabeth Sayer< no role >
or
Sawyer< no role >
in the Bill of Indictment hereto annexed named of the several
Articles in the said Bill of Indictment mentioned this Deponent
pursuant to his Recognizance Entred into in that behalf applied
during the Session of Oyer and For miner held for the said County
in September last to the Clerk of the Indictments at the Sessions
House Clerkenwell Green
before the Grand Jury for that Sessions
were discharged (Vizt.) on Friday the Fourteenth day of
September last about Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon to the best of this Deponents remembrance and belief and desired
him to prepare to said Bill of Indictment which he began
to do Accordingly but was shortly afterwards Interrupted by
some Persons interfering concerning an Indictment against a
Gentleman for Assaulting a Turnpike man by means of
which Interruption two hours clapsed before this Deponent
could obtain She said Bill of Indictment which is hereto
Annexed against the said

Deponent further saith that immediately after this Deponent
had got the said Bill of Indictment prepared this Deponent
went with his Witness the other Deponent said

into Court to be Sworn thereon when this
Deponent found that the Court was broke up and the
Grand Jury discharged upon which this Deponent went
