the Grand Jury returned the Bills of Indictment about one
of the Clock at noon and this Deponent not hearing his Name
called Searched if the said Indictment was found or not
And this Deponent further Saith That when he was informed
the said Bill of Indictment was found he went with the
other Deponents Thomas Graves< no role > Miles Hart< no role > and Christopher
Doyle< no role > his Witnesses immediately to the Session house in
the Old Bailey for the purpose of appearing against the said
Joseph Wiggins< no role > on the Trial of the said Joseph Wiggins< no role > and
to Give Evidence against him for and touching the said Burglary
And these Deponents John Brittain< no role > Thomas Graves< no role > Miles
Hart< no role > and Christopher Doyle< no role > all say that they attended at
the Session house in the Old Bailey on the said twenty sixth
day of October from half past one o'Clock till eight of the
Clock in the Evening and positively Say they did not hear
either of their Names called although they were in and about
the Session house and walked in the Yard during all that time
And these Deponents further Say that after the Court had
broke up they enquired when the Trial of the said Joseph
Wiggins< no role > would come on when they were immediately informed
that the Prisoner Joseph Wiggins< no role > was Acquitted and discharged
for want of their Appearence to prosecute and give Evidence
against him And these Deponents John Brittain< no role > Thomas
Graves< no role > Miles Hart< no role > and Christopher Doyle< no role > further Say that they
they did all respectively attend at the Old Bailey on the day
above mentioned for the purpose of prosecuting and Giving
Evidence against the said Joseph Wiggins< no role > for the said Burglary
and did not [..] either of them absent themselves for the whole
