the Grand Jury returned the Bills of Indictment about one
of the Clock at noon and this Deponent not hearing his Name
called Searched if the said Indictment was found or not
And this Deponent further Saith That when he was informed
the said Bill of Indictment was found he went with the

his Witnesses immediately to the Session house in
the Old Bailey
for the purpose of appearing against the said

on the Trial of the said Joseph Wiggins< no role >

to Give Evidence against him for and touching the said Burglary

the Session house in the Old Bailey

the Session house and walked in the Yard during all that time

broke up they enquired when the Trial of the said Joseph

would come on when they were immediately informed

was Acquitted and discharged
for want of their Appearence to prosecute and give Evidence
