County of Middlesex Victualler Thomas Graves< no role > of the
Golden House Yard in Oxford Street in the said County in Hostler
Miles Hart< no role > of New James Street Oxford Street in the
said County Watchman and Christopher Doyle< no role > of Little
Mary bone Street in the said County Watchman Severally
Make Oath and Say they were severally bound by
Recognizance in the Sum of Forty pounds each to prosecute
and Give Evidence against Joseph Wiggins< no role > for burglariously
breaking and entering the Dwelling House of him the said
John Brittain< no role > and Stealing taking and carrying away thereout
a looking Glass and a table Cloth the property of the said
John Brittain< no role > And this Deponent John Brittain< no role > Saith
That on Thursday the twenty fifth day of October instant
he this Deponent did attend with his Witnesses the other
Deponents at the Session house on Clerkenwell Green in the
said County of Middlesex and did prefer a Bill of
Indictment against the said Joseph Wiggins< no role > for the said
Burglary And he this Deponent and the other Deponents
Thomas Graves< no role > Miles Hart< no role > and Christopher Doyle< no role > attended and
were severally examined by the Grand Jury in the Evening of
that day and were Ordered to attend there again the next
Morning And this Deponent John Brittain< no role > for himself
further Saith That he did on Friday the twenty sixth day of
October instant again at the Session house aforesaid when
