before me one of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
This Informant Richard Elland< no role >
on his Oath Saith
That on Thursday night last there was Feloniously
stolen from out of his Slaughter house
at Enfield
one Ewe Lamb his property and that two
Wooden sets not produced by him is his property
and was stolen and carried away at the time the said
Lamb was stolen

Saith That
her Husband is a Butcher
in Kingsland road
Shoreditch
and that on Friday morning last about
Eight o'Clock [..] Lion Free body the prisoner
now under Examination came to this Informants
house in Kingsland road
aforesaid and asked [..]
her to buy a Lamb of him which he said he had, an
accident with by being run over, She accordingly
asked him what he was and he told her he was
a drover and asked her sixteen Shillings for
the same and on weighing the same it was at
the Rate of four pence halfpenny per pound, this
Informant thought that too much money and
offered him four pence per pound for the same
which was agreed on and She paid him for
the Lamb Thirteen Shillings.
