The Voluntary Confession of
James Small< no role > taken before Us
two of His Majestys Justices of
the peace for the said County

This Examinant Smith that [..]
he lived Servant with Peter Leatt< no role > in little
Saint Martins Lome Brass Founder
and that during his Serestude he
feloniously Stole the Several pieces
of Brass now produced and Sworn to be
the property of the said Peter Leatt< no role > and
this Examinant further Saith that
he Sold the send Brass now produced
to Bryan Cummingham< no role > who keeps
an Iron Shop in Peter Street in the
Parish of Saint James Westminster
in the said County for different Some
of Money at various times, who
always paid him no more then four
perice per pound for the same
