such Skull and Struck the deceased with
the Loom thereof a most Violent blow on
the left side of the head on which he the
deceased Immediately fell or the side of
such Wherry Senseless the Deponent then.
Assisted him to rise and placed him upright
in the Boat The Deponent then went into
the Wherry in which the said John Isbester< no role >
was and endeavoured to Secure him but he
was rescued from him by pair of the Crew of
the said Ship Orford and the Pilot and carried
on Board such Ship That Deponent then went
[..] on board the Wherry in which the Deceased
and he had been and conducted her to the Vessell
belonging to this Deponent where he delivered
the Goods That the deceased was carried an
Stone and Deponent did not see him untill
the Sunday following when he found him
Speechless That he the Deponent did on the 17th instant
lodge an Information before [..] John Staples< no role >
Esquire one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the above County from whom he received a
Warrant to apprehend the said John Isbester
and being informed that the Ship had Sailed from
the port of London to Ipswich he the Deponent
in Company with Richardson Ewers< no role > and [..]
Taylor went down to John Armstrong< no role > and
apprehended him the said John Isbester
near Denham Bridge in the County of Suffolk
