Middlesex Boat Builder And Richard [..] Jury< no role > of Rose Lane St Ann in said Parish
Taken this seventh day of April 1787

John Taylor< no role > on his Oath saith on Thursday last in the afternoon as he was coming
home he in Rose Lane heard the Cry of Stop thief and saw the Prisoner with two
others coming out of the Gateway of a Field which is at the Back of the said Street
who he pursued and took the prisoner present who says his Name is James White< no role >
and brought him to the Gateway aforesaid where he saw Richard Onion< no role > who bed him
stop the said James for that he had seen take the Shirts produced and
drop them in the Field

Richard Onion< no role > Junior on his Oath says on Thursday last in the afternoon between
the Hours of Three and four as he was in his Fathers Yard which has a full View
over the Yard which are behind the House in London Street and Queen Street
aforesaid he saw One Young Fellow in the Field and Two Lad Jump out of
the Garden of William Stuart< no role > into the field-and seeing some thing white
Under the Arm of James White< no role > he jumpt into the field cryed Stop theif
and saw the said James White< no role > throw the Two Shirts produced down in
said Fieldand all run out of a Gate into Rose Lane That he continued
to call Stop thief and the said John Taylor< no role > apprehended him
Ann Stewart< no role > on her Oath says the Two Shirt produced and [..] brought asarethe property of John Reid< no role > of
London Cleave Street called Butcher row Ratcliff St. Dunstans Stepney Shipwright aforesaidand were put in her said Husband Yard on Thursday last in the
afternoon and were taken out of the said Yard by some person or persons over the pails
of the same backward
