The Informations of Robert Taylor
Raynis
< no role > of Lincolns Inn Old Buildings
Require and Joseph Fisher< no role > Servant
to the Honble James Luttrell< no role > of Craven Hill
[..] taken before me this 30th. day
of March 1787 .

Who being upon Oath Severally say and
put the said Robert Taylor Raynis for himself
Saith that between eight and Nine o'Clock last
Night as he was going from Saint George Row
to Bayswater he met two Soldiers who
produced from under their Cloaths each of
them a bludgeon That they demanded his
Money and desired him to be quick That he
this Informant took a Silk Purse out of his
Pocket containing three half Crowns four New
Six pences and another Six pence which had a
hole in it and held it towards the said Men
one of whom took it from him That they returned
towards Town when Informant proceeded towards
Bayswater That when he had got about twenty
Yards from the place where he was robbed as
aforesaid he met a Gentleman and his Servants
That he informed them of his being robbed
when they immediately pursued the said
Robbers and he followed them and apprehended
the Persons now present who calls himself
John Deary< no role > And this Informant further
says that he is very sure the said Deary is one of the Persons
who so robbed him as aforesaid And the
said Joseph Fisher< no role > for himself saith
that a little before nine o'Clock last Night as
he was going from Town to Crason Hill on
Foot
