over a box which was upon the floor in
the said Room where She lay sometime
kicking at the said Frances Lewis< no role > who
continued holding the hands of the said Anne
Roses as aforesaid. Soon after the said Anne
Rose got up and complained of a pair in her back
and being which this Informant understood was
occasioned by the said fall. And this Informant
further saith that soon after words a rose between
the aforesaid Richard Lewis< no role > & the said Anne
Rose where upon the said Anne Rose struck
the said Richard over the head with a Poker,
after which they all became peaceable &
drank together but the said Anne Rose
refused to drink, then the said Frances
Lewis
< no role > went into the passage and called to the
said Anne Rose & said she wanted to speak
to her whereupon the said Anne Rose said
now you have almost murthered me you
want to speak to me now, to which the
said Frances Lewis< no role > answered you may
thank god you belonged to my brother or I would
have laid you for dead. Afterwards
