She was at the Apartments of Anne Rose< no role > is
Corsheel Alley St Lukes in the said County and
about one o'Clock the next morning being sunday
the 9th of April aforesaid the said Anne Rose
and Richard Lewis< no role > came to the said Apartment
and soon after Frances Lewis< no role > came there also
to speak to her brother the said Richard Lewis< no role >
respecting her son whom she had heard was
dead at Gea; upon which the said Anne Rose
said something relating to two children of the
said Frances Lewis< no role > being locked up in a room
& illtreated, about which they disputed some
time and then the said Anne Rose slapped
the said Frances Lewis< no role > in the face in a
violent manner, where upon the said Frances
Lewis
< no role > laid hold on the hands of the said Anne
Rose & shook her. after which Anne Rose
defied the said Frances Lewis< no role > and said hit
me if you dare hit me if you dare; where
upon the said Frances Lewis< no role > again held the
hands of the said Anne Rose and in their
scuffle the said Anne Rose fell backwards
