Who being on their Oaths Say
and first the said John Carpenter< no role >
and John Platt< no role >
for
themselves say and each Speaking for himself
Saith that they Stopt the person now present who
says his name is William Newcome< no role >
with the
Hempen Such and Oates now producedand
suspectingabout half an Hour after four o'Clock
this morning and Suspecting that he had Stole the
same they took him into Custody
And the said Richard Borrill< no role >
for himself Saith that
the Kempen Sack containing about three Bushels
of Oats is the property of him this Informant
and he suspects hath been Stolen from his Stable
