in and for the said County
Who being upon Oath saith that on the
third of March instant she went to a
Lottery Office in the Minories
with in the
Liberty of the Tower
of London and County
of Middlesex
with Intent to In sine Number
Nineteen in the present State Lottery where
Two persons now present who call themselves
Elizabeth Thompson< no role >
Jane Forbes< no role >
stood
in the said Office close to this Informant
that she took from her pocket a Tin Box
Containing there in about Eleven Guineas
in Gold in order to pay for the said Insurance
and then put the policy which she had
from the Office keeper into the Tin Box
and altogether into her Pocket and was
coming away to go home when she [..]
Missed the above two women who were
gone out of the Office and putting her
Hand into her pocket found that the Tin
Box containing time Guineas in Gold and
the Policy abovementioned had been
feloniously taking and Carried away
And this Informant suspects and verily
beleives that the above named Elizabeth
Thompson< no role >
and Jane Forbes< no role >
are the persons
who committed the said felony
