part of such Lead and the same That was Stolen as
aforesaid and is the property of the said Joseph Kirkman< no role >
And this Informant John Abraham< no role > for himself
Saith That he is a Bricklayer and works for Mr.
Kirkman and gave directions to the Workmen to
make fast the Dwelling House of the said Mrs. Bell
on Monday Evening last where the said Lead was
and saw a Quantity of Rubbish put against the same
That the Lead produced is a part of such Lead which
was Stolen as aforesaid and is the property of the
said Joseph Kirkman< no role >

And this Informant Thomas Bell< no role > for
himself Saith That he is Grandson to Mrs. Bell
who dwells in the House where the said Lead was
deposited and this Informant also Sleeps in the said
House That he went to Bed about 10. o Clock on Monday
Evening at whichwhichtime the House was made
quite fast That about the hour of 7. o Clock in the Morning
of Tuesday he is informed That the House had been
broken open and a quantity of Lead Stolen That upon
Examination he found That the Shutters was broke
open That the Top and bottom rail was broke and
the Sash Window was up and a Quantity of Rubbish
which was put against the Shutters was removed
away.
